Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms are the contract between you and the provider of struGGle.live. Please read them before you sign up: by creating an account you accept them. They don't take away any right you have as a consumer under the law.
Who we are
struGGle.live is run by Burak Büyükyüksel, an individual based in Kraków, Poland. You can reach us at [email protected]; more about the person behind the service is at burakbuyukyuksel.com.
If the service is ever moved to a company, we'll tell you in advance.
What struGGle.live is
struGGle.live turns a topic into an AI-generated learning path (a "struggle") with short lessons, exercises and interactive scenes. You can share struggles, fork them, collect them, follow people and learn together in groups.
The free Starter plan has lower limits; paid plans raise them. The current limits and prices of every plan are on the Plan page.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
AI-generated content
Plans, lessons, exercises, scenes, explanations and grading are written automatically by AI models and are marked as such. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
They are for learning, not professional advice. Check anything important (medical, legal, financial, safety-related) with a reliable source.
What you create and share
You keep the rights to what you create: topics, edited plans, comments, collections, groups and messages. You let us store, process and show it as far as needed to run the service, for as long as you keep it here.
A public struggle can be seen by anyone, and copied (forked) if you allow forking. A fork belongs to the person who made it and stays after you delete your original. Only share what you have the right to share.
Rules
Don't post anything illegal, and don't harass, threaten or deceive people, spread hate, share someone's private information, post sexual content, spam, or infringe someone else's rights.
Don't try to break, overload or scrape the service, get around its limits (for example with extra accounts) or misuse other people's accounts or keys.
Reporting content and moderation
Anyone, signed in or not, can report content they believe is illegal or breaks these terms with the Report button on a struggle, comment, profile or group. We confirm that we received it, a person reviews it (we don't use automated moderation) and we tell you our decision.
If we hide or remove your content or restrict your account, we tell you which content it is, what we decided, why (a breach of these terms or illegal content), the facts we relied on and whether a report led to it.
You can ask us to look at a decision again within 6 months by writing to [email protected]. You can also go to court.
Paid plans and payment
Paid plans are sold monthly or yearly and paid in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars, or in złoty on the Polish site, and include VAT. You pay in the currency the plan page showed you.
A plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
An upgrade is charged straight away for the rest of the current period. When you downgrade, the unused time is credited to your next invoice. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again; if it keeps failing, your account goes back to Starter.
If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your first renewal at the new price, so you can cancel before then.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button in Settings → Billing, or send us a clear statement to [email protected]. You may use the model withdrawal form from EU Directive 2011/83/EU, but you don't have to.
Your plan starts as soon as you subscribe, at your request. So if you withdraw, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days you have already used. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your withdrawal.
Your own API keys
If you add your own AI provider key, requests made with it are billed to you by that provider and its terms apply. We store your key encrypted and use it only for your requests.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep struGGle.live running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. Features can change as the service develops. To use it you need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies turned on.
If the service doesn't work as described, you have the rights the law gives consumers for digital services, and we'll fix it within a reasonable time. If a change makes your paid plan clearly worse, we'll tell you beforehand, and you can end the plan and get back the unused part of what you paid.
Liability
We are liable under the law for damage we cause you on purpose or through gross negligence. For anything else, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Ending the contract
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Data & Cache. This ends any paid plan straight away; the rest of the period isn't refunded, so if you are still within 14 days of subscribing, withdraw first.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. We tell you why, and you can ask us to review it as described above.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms only for a valid reason: a change in the law, a new or changed feature, or to make something clearer. We'll tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before a change applies to you.
If you don't agree, you can cancel your plan or delete your account before that date. If you keep using the service after it, the new terms apply.
Applicable law and disputes
Polish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
If something goes wrong, write to us first at [email protected], describing the problem and how we can reach you. We answer complaints within 14 days. You can also get free help from a consumer ombudsman (in Poland, the miejski or powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or a consumer organisation in your country.
